Wednesday Conditioning Sessions

For those who want to get fit or keep fit, and become stronger at the same time, we are running some conditioning sessions on Wednesday evenings, beginning on the 11th of this month. These will involve a range of exercises and training drills which will work all areas of the body and aim to develop it so that it is more able to withstand the types of movements involved in parkour and tricking.

The sessions will be pretty tough, but they are aimed at all levels of ability, so if you are a beginner don’t be put off, it will be very beneficial. It will generally last about an hour and a half but there are no strict finishing times. Each week we will meet at 18:30 outside the main entrance to the bus station and we will move on from there, so you need to be on time otherwise you may miss us and the all important warm-up.
